Every time I go, it feels like they’re trying to charge me more—more medications, more consultations, more add-ons that don’t feel necessary. They even refuse to bathe my dog unless they prescribe additional medication first, which makes no sense and just feels like another way to take more money. At this point, it doesn’t seem like they’re focused on the well-being of the pets, but rather on how much they can charge their clients. It’s not about proper care or responsible discharge—it’s about taking advantage of the patients. After years of loyalty, I expected honesty and transparency, not this kind of treatment.

That was until we were introduced to Healthy Paws. Our groomer, Nikki is clearly the dog whisperer! My fur baby is excited to see her and willingly goes back with her when he’s dropped off. He’s been a client for a year or so and when we discussed the cut today, Nikki informed me that she has notes on all his former cuts. I love this. I highly recommend Nikki and Healthy Paws. You will not be disappointed.
