One of our babies has a thyroid issue and all of the vets have taken time to talk us through exactly whats going on and the next steps, we never felt rushed through our questions. Not gonna lie, they are not the most cost effective vet but you more than get your money's worth here.

Every time I go, it feels like they’re trying to charge me more—more medications, more consultations, more add-ons that don’t feel necessary. They even refuse to bathe my dog unless they prescribe additional medication first, which makes no sense and just feels like another way to take more money. At this point, it doesn’t seem like they’re focused on the well-being of the pets, but rather on how much they can charge their clients. It’s not about proper care or responsible discharge—it’s about taking advantage of the patients. After years of loyalty, I expected honesty and transparency, not this kind of treatment.
