  From the moment I called they took Buddy as soon as I got there. Both the vet and the vet assistant were very good with him. I do appreciate the service we received and the information that they both gave me. This is the best I have ever been treated at a vets office. And the service was amazing ❤️

  Dr. Lane and his team were amazing. Brought our sick girl in on Sunday afternoon and after an assessment my wife and I were given a few different avenues. It was great to have these options and guidance on what these look like. Our sick girl is now doing a lot better and we didn’t have to break the bank to do so! We will be coming back here 10 times out of 10!

  I take all 3 of my cats here. They do a great job! Very reasonable prices compared to other places. Very transparent about pricing, they alwags give an accurate estimate prior to treatment. The doctors are very knowledgeable as well. Weve always been treated like family going here!

  I had a very concerning experience with Liberty Hill Animal Hospital that resulted in delayed and inappropriate care for my pet. At our visit on 12/8/26, your staff was unable to administer a urinalysis at all. I believe this directly resulted in delayed proper care. Despite this, my pet was diagnosed with a UTI at that visit. The very next day, he was extremely blocked with significant blood in his urine. This raises serious questions about whether his bladder was properly examined during the initial appointment and whether appropriate care was provided. I also do not believe a proper urinalysis was administered at our later visit. After seeking care from an experienced veterinarian afterward, I was told that three drops of urine were used to determine whether there was an infection, and that this was sufficient to identify crystals along the edge of the slide as well as a severe infection. This directly contradicts what I was told by Liberty Hill Animal Hospital. Additionally, I was deeply uncomfortable with the level of experience of the staff. Several team members appeared to be recent graduates and were not certified to perform the surgery that was being recommended. Even after reviewing the ultrasound, the veterinarian could not clearly identify whether we were looking at sediment or a stone. The antibiotic initially prescribed, Augmentin, was ineffective, and my pet is now on two different higher dose antibiotics to properly address the infection. Overall, the recommendations and treatment plans provided by this medical team were not appropriate, timely, or adequately based on the clinical findings and diagnostics available at each visit. I would strongly encourage pet owners to seek a second opinion if serious urinary issues are suspected Editing my review to add that their response is full of incorrect information and they chose to respond to my review versus responding to me directly via email. I do not recommend Liberty Hill Animal Hospital and their unprofessional staff in the slightest. Please proceed with caution when considering using them for veterinary care.
