All of the staff but the Doctor in particular were really attentive and professional, they handled my skittish cat perfectly. Biggest surprise was the final bill, well below what I expected from previous experiences on other places in Austin. Will definitely continue to bring my cat to this place for checkups, shots and teeth cleaning.

Anyone who has a dog with floppy ears understands the difficulties of preventing ear infections especially with Texas Allergens. Our dog had his second ear infection in a year and Dr. Coonrod was condescending and insulting with an attitude that it was our fault as owners that we are not keeping him on $100 a month allergy medication as an ongoing treatment year round to prevent these. Aside from an awful bedside manner and unprofessionalism they also attempted to charge for services not rendered and took an absurd amount of time to diagnose and bring medication. Over an hour and a half with an appointment. Would absolutely not recommend.

The prices here are much more fair and the facility is beautiful! I can tell the staff really loves animals too which is always a plus!

They took very good care of my mom's dog, pricing was surprisingly fair and affordable and they even gave us some freebies to take back home with us. I highly recommend using this veterinarian clinic.
