  We have been coming here for about 2 years now and Dr. Lane and his staff has always been really kind our fur babies. However, this past experience has been less then enjoyable. Firstly, the receptionist over the phone to make the appointment was inpatient and rude. I had questions and he just kept cutting me off saying to make separate appointments to ask simple questions. Next, during the visit, we were placed in a hot room for over an hour, only saw the vet for 3 minutes, and our pets were taken to the back. The room felt unnecessary and with 2 younger kids and the uncomfortable room, it was miserable waiting. Lastly, their fees have done up thos year, with zero communication to their patients, not when the appointment was made nor at check-in. It was sprung on us and they REQUIRE certain screenings/vaccinations that cannot be declined. A visit that cost $150 last year totaled $319.50 today. I still believe that the care given by the vets are great, but the customer service and hospitality have started to suffer greatly. Now, im deciding on whether or not I will be returning.

  We have had nothing but positive experiences with Liberty Hill Animal Hospital. The staff, techs and vets have taken great care of our 3 dogs, and were especially compassionate with our family in working with our older dog. They found a prostate cancer that had been missed (despite multiple visits to former vet practice for the exact same symptoms) and provided comfort care over his last weeks. They worked him into the schedule whenever needed, and have never failed to respond to a phone call or request. Dr. Higgins recently cared for our English Lab who has a history of ear infections and allergies, and made some wonderful suggestions about supplements that appear to be helping greatly despite the start of Cedar fever season. We highly recommend this practice!

  Did a teeth cleaning on my 3 year old poodle, he was clean and refreshed and felt great just a couple hours later. No problems and super simple. Will be back for anything else we need done.

  I called this place the other day because my dog ate a Tylenol They were absolutely no help whatsoever in fact just to give me a little bit of advice over the phone was going to cost me $90 can you believe that they want revenue to save dogs lives They don't really care about dogs They care about the money I even told them that somebody else recommended I make my dog throw up and they told me not to do that They told me to pay the $90 drive an hour and a half to the emergency room and possibly have my dog not make it I didn't listen to their wicked greedy ways and I called someone else who told me exactly what I was going to do would work a little bit of hydrogen peroxide and in 10 minutes my dog threw up the Tylenol that he ate off the floor saved my dog's life probably hundreds of dollars in vet bills and made me avoid driving on these icy roads I will never call this place ever again and I do not recommend anybody calling them
