  came in for a vaccine visit and the entire staff was amazing! Kyler was super helpful and informative on what to expect during visit, cost break down and preventative measures. Dr. Stone was very personable, knowledgeable and super patient with my high anxiety cocker spaniel.

  Marie was amazing . This is my first time being a pet owner and Marie was giving me a lot of tips . The whole staff are friendly , I feel comfortable to ask any questions . Thank you Marie , Penelope says hi !!

  I was very impressed and pleased with my experience here! Elijah was great, he made my very nervous pup comfortable. Dr. Ottman was very helpful and knowledgeable. All around great team. We will be back!

  I had an incredibly disappointing and upsetting experience at this Vetco Lewisville today (Jan 19th). I have been a loyal customer for over5 years, following this team from the Coppell branch to Lewisville. Despite having a confirmed 8:45 AM appointment via text, the service I received was completely unacceptable. At 7:00 AM, they left a voicemail claiming my confirmed appointment was “incorrect” and insisting that I arrive by 8:30 AM instead, stating that this was a “hospital” location and that I had never been to this type of facility before. When I arrived, the staff member I spoke with was immediately hostile. She said I might be seen at 11:30 AM, but instead of trying to help, she spent the entire interaction arguing with me. When I calmly explained the truth—that I have been a customer here before and was not trying to argue, but simply wanted a reasonable solution—she became even more aggressive. Despite the clinic being completely empty with no other customers, she raised her voice at both me and my husband. On two separate occasions, she rudely demanded that I come look at her computer screen to “prove” her point. If the staff member had simply spoken to me politely and said something like, “If we’re unable to see you today, would you be able to come back another day?” I would not have been upset at all. I understand that scheduling issues happen. Instead of me being upset about my appointment being changed with only a 7:00 AM voicemail, she became angry with me simply for stating the truth—that I have been here before. I was not trying to argue or “win” anything; I was only explaining my history and hoping for a calm, reasonable solution. She was condescending, repeatedly trying to “win” the argument by forcing me to look at her screen while completely dismissing my 5year history with their team. She was disrespectful, shoving a price list at me and telling me to “look at the prices,” implying I couldn’t afford it—even after I clearly stated that money was not the issue. I only wanted my dog to receive his vaccinations. Most importantly, she refused to provide any real solutions. I did not come there to fight—I came for my dog’s health. There was no sincere apology, no helpful alternative, and no basic customer care—only hostility. It is heartbreaking to be treated with such disrespect when you are simply trying to care for your pet. I walked out and will never return to this location.
