I live near Dallas and my order was picked up in Dallas on the 6th and I was informed (via email notification) that it would be delivered on the 6th. Tell me why my dogs food has been traveling all around the world and been delayed 3 times. It now says it will be here TOMORROW the 10th 😡😡😡. I could have just went to the store myself. I set up repeat delivery for the convenience of having my dog’s food automatically delivered when I know he is set to run out. A 3 day delay is INSANE. I’m reconsidering PETCO all together because of this mishap. I AM LIVID and I feel my extreme is due to it being my first time using repeat delivery and this is the service I’m receiving. DO BETTER PETCO!!!

They took care of everything I needed and really walked me through what was right and wrong for my new puppy without making me feel rushed or judged. You can tell they genuinely love animals — the way they treated my puppy was patient, kind, and full of care. Honestly, he didn’t even want to leave them. That alone says a lot. And honestly… if Zach Efron ever sees this, Dr. Stone should be his personal vet 😂. This is the kind of service that builds trust, and I’ll definitely be coming back.
