  There's a nice fish and reptile department. But the biggest part of the store is focused on cats and dogs. However unless you are looking for a specialty item, the process area more expensive than what you can find at normal stores like HEB or Walmart. I'll keep buying my cat food at one of those places and just come here for anything really specific.

  The employees are always friendly and very helpful. It is a fun store to take your pets shopping in! Today I took my two year old female Lab shopping for her birthday!

  Made me reschedule bc my anxious dog has taken his anxiety medication. Okay whatever no big deal. Came in next morning and they wouldn’t take him in because he’s very nervous well duh that’s why he’s on medication. The fact that they wouldn’t even seen him. Why do you have grooming services if you’re not qualified to see a small nervous dog? Going back to driving an hour I guess.

  Came by for my regular dry cat food, and out of 4 spaces on the shelf for different selections of my brand, 3 were empty, leaving only a giant bag for $45. The manager on duty had no idea if they had any smaller bags that hadn't been unpacked from that morning's truck, nor when any more might be expected. It's not always a problem, but this is the 2nd time I've cone in and not been able to get the item I was intending to purchase that should have been on the shelf.
