- JTJennifer ToddOct 24, 20253.0Been going here for almost 2 years and since the girl Marla I want to say has returned, (the one who left after shaving my poodle down to nothing, making her look like a greyhound) my dogs groom has been hit and miss, complete with bleeding razor burn, and at over 100$ for my dogs ears not even being touched let alone cleaned, I don't think I'll be returning. Sad bc I love lynna.. Just tired of asking her to not let the other girl touch my dog but its quite clear she does.

Two hours. I went in after 3 hours and one of my dogs is on the table. She told me they're almost done and they're getting blow dried right now. It will be shortly. No problem. At the fourth hour, I went back in and my other dog was on the table. I could understand if she told me at the beginning it would be 3-4 hours. But, she was unprofessional, bad attitude and I'll never bring my dogs to this location again. As a team leader, she is awful. Never again.

- SGSusan GuillenAug 3, 20251.0I'd like to share my recent experience at Petco, Leander, Texas. I traveled 25 minutes to get there for my appointment to have my three dogs’ nails trimmed and buffed. Upon my arrival, I was informed that there was no record of my appointment and that the afternoon staff member had called in sick, leading to multiple cancellations. Unfortunately, I did not receive any notification about this. When I asked them to check the appointment schedule, they confirmed that I indeed had an appointment and kindly suggested that I come back the next day between 1 and 3 PM, which I appreciated. The following day, I brought my dogs along with their vaccine records. However, the staff member said she couldn’t proceed with the nail trimming because there were abbreviations on the records that she couldn't interpret. Specifically, the records indicated "RV" followed by some numbers. I understood her need to follow protocol but was disappointed, as it seemed there could have been a better solution. I do believe she just didn't want to do my dogs nails. Overall, I hope for improved communication in the future and a more accommodating approach to understanding vaccine records. Thank you for considering my feedback.
