Also, they go through a fair amount of litter. Getting it delivered saves me time and having to lift the heavy bags into and back out of my car, and the automatic scheduling relieves me of having to remember to order it.

At this location, they are housing ball pythons together in small cages with only one hide. Ball pythons should NOT be housed together and one ball python needs at LEAST two hides. The more the better however. Prices are also incredibly low for the animals. Do not support Petci. If you need cat or dog supplies, go to Tomlinsons. If you want a reptile or something exotic, rescue or look into Zookeepers where they have much more knowledgeable employees.

I tried fixing them and everything and did everything I could to make them work. My animal is a service animal and now I’m unable to take her out without buying a new one. They are refusing to do anything about it. I called asking them to exchange it for a working one because I payed for an item that didn’t even work. I have a membership there and when I gave them my membership number they said it didn’t exist. I don’t have the recipet anymore and even thought I have the proof of purchase through my bank account they are refusing to help me. You would think if u spend that much money on something if it didn’t work the customer service should be able to help! This is ridiculous will not be buying from them again!
