I am beyond grateful for this clinic I switched from liberty hill animal hospital and couldn’t be happier with this place. They were so kind, thorough with their explanations of medications and what to do next. Also very time efficient. They made me feel so comfortable and at ease leaving. I would HIGHLY recommended this place!

We had to put our elderly pup down and everyone was wonderful every step of the way. When we arrived for our appointment, their power was out but they didn't let that get in the way of helping us. They also sent a sympathy card full of personalized notes from the staff!

Called 8am Monday morning to give information for a rescue neuter appointment later in the week because a different foster will be picking up the pup. The administrative staff did not want to take any information down and insisted in putting it on the paperwork when dropping off (which will be someone completely different). She said "It won't really matter if I put a note in the computer, it won't be used." Communication does not seem welcomed, and this response from staff was not helpful.

Excellent bedside manner and care for both cats and dogs. Recently our newest monster got a horrid eye infection. He was thoroughly checked over as well as thoroughly cooed over. On the 2nd day of taking the prescribed medication, his eye was completely clear(still taking for the prescribed time). Staff were attentive as well as helpful, suggesting I put him in his crate since there were big dogs about and talking me through what could be wrong and how they were going to diagnose. We will continue to use Mercy as our preferred clinic. I shan't add the gory photo, but his clear eye is worth a thousand words and 131 dollars😅
