  Mercy Vet is truly exceptional. Dr. Goodman, Dr. Daigle, and Dr. K. are amazing veterinarians who clearly care deeply about animals. You never feel like they’re trying to upsell or squeeze money out of you — their focus is genuinely on doing what’s best for your pets. Amber, the vet tech, deserves special recognition. She always handles my Rotties with the utmost care and respect. Unlike other places I’ve been, when Amber asks about any abnormal behaviors or signs since the last checkup, she truly listens. She doesn’t just jot notes down and pass them along — she engages with me as a fellow pet lover, asking thoughtful follow-up questions to make sure the conversation with Dr. Goodman and Dr. K. cuts through the fat and gets straight to the meat. By far the best vet tech I’ve ever had the pleasure of being around. Suzanne and the ladies at the front desk are just as wonderful. From the moment you walk in, they make you feel welcome, supported, and understood. Their empathy and warmth are qualities that are sadly rare at many veterinary offices. I can’t recommend Mercy Vet enough.

  They are always prompt to get us in with appointments. Dr. Goodman is truly the best vet we have ever used. She is so thorough, caring, and patient. We know our dog is always in the best care there.

  They were the most compassionate with our gentle giant for his end of life services (this is our 3rd time having to do this with different dogs and, different vets - this time was BY FAR the best for this situation!!!!!!) There is no doubt we will go here in the future when get get another dog.

  Their passion for their work is evident in every interaction, and their genuine love for animals shines through in the thoughtful, attentive, and comprehensive care they provide. Each pet is treated with patience, respect, and kindness, creating an environment where both animals and owners feel completely at ease and confident in the care being given. In addition to the doctors, the technicians and reception staff are absolutely phenomenal. They are welcoming, knowledgeable, and consistently go above and beyond to ensure every visit runs smoothly. A special and heartfelt shout-out to Dr. Goodman and her incredible technician, Wendy, for the exceptional care and support they provided to my kiddos. Their compassion, reassurance, and attention to detail made an immeasurable difference, and I am deeply grateful for the love and dedication they show every single day. This clinic truly sets the standard for excellence in animal care.

  Amazing folks who will take care of you and your pets! Someone will always answer your calls and find the best way to help you! And we all know how important this is to us when our pets aren’t feeling well. Our 70lb pup had a seizure and wasn’t her normal self at first and real nervous. They immediately set us up in a vet’s room to wait so she can be more comfortable. By the end of the visit our gal loved her vet, tech and back to her cheery self! We went home reassured because they really made us comfortable and well informed. Thank you. ☺️
