Staff is so friendly and attentive! I had to board my dog along along with my sister in law's dog together, we ended up saving money this way. They take them out to play 4 times a day and play with other dogs, which I love this for him. My only wish about this place is being open on Sunday, more pics or webcam to see my dog and longer daycare hours. Overall I recommend this place.

I called to ask about services, they said just a walk-in to their hospital side, not disclosing that you needed to bring vaccination records for the service. The website also does not provide directions. Had to drive there multiple times unnecessarily. Fix it.

Mercy Pet Resort is AMAZING! Not only are they affordable, but they also treat pets like their own. Our dog Hazel always leaves happy and healthy after receiving top of the line care, including play time and a relaxing bath. This visit they also did a cute Thanksgiving photo celebrating the birth of our human baby girl. 🥰

I can't say enough great things about Mercy Veterinary Hospital and Pet Resort. This weekend was my first time using their grooming services, and the care given in the resort matches that of the doctors and techs in the clinic. Allie groomed my dog, Kerbey, who had been through a rough patch. He had been wearing a cast and recovering from surgery with an e-cone, which left him very matted and in need of serious attention. Allie did an absolutely incredible job with him! He was nervous going in, but she made him feel instantly comfortable! She was so patient and gentle, and Kerbey came out looking and feeling amazing. I really appreciate the care and detail she put into the grooming, especially given his situation. Thank you, Allie, and the entire Mercy Pet Resort team your efforts have not gone unnoticed!
