    I’ve used Banfield for years - since 2011. I’ve never been upset with them until now. My little dog was diagnosed with an endocrine problem this summer. The vet said he should be put on medication. She said she would check dosage and see if they had it and that she’d call me back. It’s been months and I have not heard from the Vet since. In the meantime, I have researched causes and how to improve the hormones needed for this condition. I have changed his diet and started him on supplements. All the symptoms he was having are now gone. I’m very disappointed in Banfield and won’t go back.

    The veterinarians and techs are kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. They take such good care of Sallie Mae. We have been with them over 25 years.

    I cannot begin to iterate the incompetence of these people. They have never gotten one thing right and our pets have suffered the consequences from it. Severely. They also trap you in a contract so if they screw up, you can do nothing about it. Contract or no, I'll never put my animals in this sort of danger again.

    Been on hold for 45 min then called back just to be on hold again for 30 min. I called back once more just to remain on hold to be hung up again. All I'm trying to do and transfer my dog records from one Banfield to another but they could not locate my dog because information was switched. Very unprofessional.
