- MPMichelle PutmanMar 10, 20263.0My dog was sick and normally Vetco is really good, but on this visit, the cost was too much and there's a plan I could have been signed up on but nobody told me about it. They should have informed me and I could have gotten my dog treated, but I ended up walking out without my dog being seen and I had to wait 3 more days to see my regular veterinarian. They wanted $250 for a complete blood work panel and my veterinarian only charges $150. Plus they wanted $85 just to be seen and then a bunch more money for ear medicine and any tests. It was like the lady was talking me out of it and she did! I was very disappointed in the customer service that day. Normally they are very good.
