- JTJoAnn ThomasJan 2, 20265.0My Dog needed medicine and a shot. They were very nice, my dog liked them. Not there maybe 15 minutes. Price was reasonable. I like most people have to try and cut corners because of high cost of living and heath.

My cat swatted at the assistant when her cage was closed and showed her teeth, indicating that she was not happy about being there. That’s normal cat behavior. They called her an aggressive cat and the vet actually said, “we don’t come here to get all scratched up.” She was never even out of her cage! If he isn’t comfortable working with cats then he shouldn’t be working with cats. She goes to the Petco grooming salon a few times a year and they’ve never communicated that there was a problem with her behavior. I’ll admit she was unfriendly, but your staff really needs to learn how to handle cats. I won’t be back, and I’ll tell everyone I know to stay away because the vet was obviously not very knowledgeable about normal animal behavior.
