- JFJasmine FelicianoOct 9, 20251.0Unfortunately the bad tends to outweigh the good. We had a great experience with the staff while we picked up a leopard gecko. The girl that helped us was AMAZING and so informative. However, while we waited to check out, myself and my kids walked over to the windows of the grooming area. While we were standing there admiring the pups, the whole staff stopped working and glared at us with extreme anger. Didn’t say anything to us, just stared. It was obvious they were trash talking about us, as their body language was crystal clear. Eyes rolling, arms crossed etc The 3 dogs were sitting calmly, so we didn’t think we were a distraction. It was an extremely unprofessional way to ask your customers to leave. If looking at the dogs is a problem, I would suggest a sign in the window. Mind you, the entire grooming area is like a fishbowl covered with windows. OR at the very least, pop your head out and politely ask your customers to move. It was the most unprofessional I have ever seen employees behave, anywhere.
