- RMregina McDanielNov 23, 20251.0I was sent away i got to petco at 12 1 hour before appointment. The person checking in said my groomer will be here at 1 come back. Went picked up lunch and ate in the car waiting. At 1254 I went in and the clerk said your still too early you need to wait. I went back to the car. On the way to the car I saw a lady with 2 dogs get brought in and 2 minutes later out with dogs in the kennel waiting for the 1pm groomer. Another dog went in and the owner came out. I went in at 1 and the groomer told me there was 4 more appointments at 1 that came before me. I talk to management and he still left me the last dog . I stayed from 1145 till 445 in front of petco. NO MORE I AM USING A PRIVATE GROOMER THAT WILL MAKE A APPOINTMENT FOR MY DOG AND NOT 6 OTHERS
