You book an appointment online for grooming and then you get a phone call telling you we don’t have anything to do with online booking and we can’t have your dog at the time you booked. The dog will need more time and we will not be able to do it. Always a struggle to get to book an appointment with that store.

Some communication would have been nice instead...Steve G. Properly kept interrupting and acting like he could care less... and I believed him. Just how does a company tolerate "leadership" like that. But shocking corporate customer service reps....equally lacks empathy or business sense to actually try to make up for Steve's shortcomings. Steve wouldnt even introduce himself.. Just seemed bothered that I interrupted his process of acting business and walking around the store as if lost his will to live. Sad really....again...sadly...my name is in my Google review AND you addressed me by.....my name..... holy blazing saddles... i can't believe this experience became the 3rd dumbest thing I have ever experienced....and I have fallen off a 2nd story balcony....da faq...how is this actually real? And are you Steve G or R.i.c.o.?
