  I really wanted to like this place, I got recommended them by a friend. I’ll shorten my review by just listing off everything I disliked. 1. I could hear the vet tech making fun of my cats name because she “didn’t know what it was” outside the room even though he’s named after a common pastry? 2. The vet stated she had “never seen anything like this before” to my ragdoll cats smile moles. 3. They wanted me to redo my cats vaccines that he already had even thought i had the record because they weren’t done with them. They said they “couldn’t trust his other vaccines were done right”, so they wanted me to pay for a whole nother round. 4. They asked me 5 separate times if he was neutered even though I confirmed and had it in the chart that he was. 5. They called my cat a she the whole time. 6. Both the vet and the vet tech never greeted my cat as their patient or did anything to make him feel safe, they just walked in and talked to me. This was a terrible first experience for me as a first time cat owner and for my kitten as a first vet visit. Hopefully they were all having an off day, but I cannot recommend anyone come here.

  Everyone in this office are super nice , the doctor , the assistants, the front desk girl , I was more than 1 year I didn’t go and they remember my baby, they have awesome prices now when you bundle , I really recommended , and the most important thing you feel your pet loved and cared

  My experience was very neutral, not bad, but not great. They took my dog for a heartworm test, and then the doctor came back and started asking if we were concerned about anything, but she never actually touched the dog while she was with us. We were there for a general checkup after adopting our dog. They tested his ears and found that he had an ear infection. They do not give you the option to buy the medication there or elsewhere; they simply charge it to you. Later, I realized I had overpaid for both the test and the medicine. I would not go back.

  The only reason I hesitate to give 5 stars is the limited space at the front desk, making it difficult to pass with other animals nearby. I truly appreciate their services.

  Everyone we encountered at this facility was very friendly, polite, and super nice! From the time we checked-in until we checked out. The tech, David, was awesome and the Doc was one of the best vets I’ve been to. I recently had a bad experience with a previous vet at a new place closer to home, so the doc’s bedside manner at Vetco was vastly better. Will definitely be coming here from now on!
