He was totally calm and relaxed (as he can be) both prior to and post procedure. I appreciate their flexibility with us being a walk in client and their efficiency as it only took the groomer about 3 or 4 minutes to complete I would say we were in and out approximately 10 minutes tops! Maybe 15 due to small talk, rabies verification paperwork, and post-trim treats but that was to be expected. All in all we had a very positive experience in a good vibes atmosphere. We were greeted with smiles and treated very respectfully. I felt heard and not "just a customer." My best friend was in good hands ❤️
