Due to the lack of someone judgment during with a traveling vetco appointment. Presumptions were made that my dog was aggressive and was immediately restrained with a muzzle. These notes were later left in his file which restricted him from being able to get a full exam in which I payed for during his first appointment. Following that appointment I mentioned to every veterinarian the situation that had happened and why that note was there. From then on my pup had been scan/tested/cleared from having to wear a muzzle and able to now schedule a grooming appointment, in which I had tried to do three times already even jumping the loop hole of speaking with the store manager. Now that I’ve tried to book a grooming appointment three times I’ve been turned down due to the lack of their communication between the vet and grooming service. I’m very upset with Petco and their services because I specifically signed up for the membership through them to be able to use my perks and I’m not able to complete anything. If you plan on coming here be prepared to handle everything on your own because they half do their job.

They have tubs that you can use to wash your dog, cats for adoption, and other animals for sale. I haven't tried their groomers or vet, but they have them in the store if you need them.
