So I decided to schedule my 3rd round of shots with Banfield as well. Today my husband took our tiny 8lb, 15 week old puppy for her shots. It was supposed to be with the same veterinarian I had previously seen, but it was NOT!!! The vet that saw my sweet little puppy today was rough and rude to my husband! She brought back our baby MUZZLED!!! An 8lb baby MUZZLED! Said she needed “a lot of training and was difficult to handle” I brought my baby to Banfield to have her CARED for! Not stressed out and traumatized! These photos were her after her vet visit, she didn’t even want to sit in her favorite spot or eat her pup cup. She interacts with young children and people of all nationalities everyday afterschool. She licks noses, sits still for pets and lets them hold and cuddle her. She is very well socialized and is carried and handled all of the time. She is not our first Shiba and in NO WAY required such harsh treatment from your Veterinarian! We paid over $150 at your clinic and our sweet baby would have received better care from a street corner shot clinic. Your quality of care and personalized service is what should set you apart and help you stand out. Not drive caring pet parents away.
