My name is Dr. Genine Ervin-Smith and I own PetVet365 Irving in Irving, TX along with Dr. Alexis Tentler. We believe the perfect vet visit is one where science meets heart with a sprinkle or two of magic. That’s why my team is trained and certified to give your pet the very best Fear Free care (think: treats, belly rubs, snuggles). We also specifically designed our hospital to feel like home - no waiting rooms, cat-only suites, comfy couches, and more.

- BKBrittany KunkelDec 17, 20255.0absolutely IN LOVE with this vet an am SO HAPPY to have found them!! My yorkie who has TERRIBLE- and I’m not exaggerating- TERRIBLE anxiety & fear of so much was treated with some much patience and care here! From the moment we walked in she was taken back to her own little private doggie room, equipped w/a TV playing “relaxing dog music - Christmas version”, a small doggie couch (big enough for me to share), toys, a menu w/special treats, a bed and all the privacy and comfort you could ever imagine. Every other vet office has always seemed so “dr like” and she never does well impatiently waiting in the waiting room w/all the other animals that she seems go back & not come back out.. then when she would be called to enter a room and awkwardly stand on a cold table while strangers poked around on her & she could hear the other animals in the back.. just terrified her even more. HERE? Complete opposite experience! Coco and I will forever be grateful we found a new vet home here & will see you again soon! Thank you all!!

We moved to Justin (30 miles away) but make the trip because we trust her and the staff. She is very compassionate and most of all, she listens to us. You don’t find the kind of person Dr Genine is everyday. She is special and has a great soul.
- SWshay welchOct 28, 20251.0Brought my senior dog to petvet365 on a Sunday, for sudden weakness and lack of coordination. The vet examined her and said it was arthritis. Took her to My regular vet he diagnosed a stroke in 30 seconds started her on correct meds. She’s now improving. Petvet365 completely missed obvious symptoms. This level of care is unacceptable. I even asked many times could this be a stroke. Trust your instinct.

Dr Genine is so good with the kids! She loves them a lot! Handles with care! Less medications but works wonders! A must vet clinic to go if your baby needs to see a doctor!
