  This Banfield is worthless. My dogs had been regular patients for years but what ultimately led to me finding another vet was when I brought one of my boys in. He was limping and having some pain in what I thought might be his leg. The vet at this Banfield didn't even bother to do an exam and rather walked him up and down the office pointing out his non-existent limp and insisting he needed a $4k surgery in both legs(this was after they left us on read months prior for the other leg). His new vet did the exam in front of us and manipulated his leg in such a way that it was clear it wasn't that... They figured out pretty quickly that he hurt his back, not his leg, and Banfield didn't even try on this one. Additionally, I had brought my other dog in for a small lump on his chest that they said was "just a skin tag". Here we are a year later, and it's actually an aggressive mast tumor that was very expensive to remove and now requires chemo therapy. While I can't blame Banfield for the cancer, had they done their job we might not be facing a life or death situation now.

  IT IS TRUE THEY ARE OVERPRICED. GAVE US AN EMAIL BUT TOLD US THEIR INTERNET HAS PROBLEMS. VET DOES NOT CARE ABOUT OUR DOGS ONKY CARE ABOUT THEIR MONEY. MY LITTLE DOG STILL NOT FEELING WELL.

  One of the most terrible locations I’ve been to. Be prepared to wait almost 1 hour+ for anything whether it’s to speak with a vet or a receptionist. The staff will watch you wait in the lobby and not assist. This is my second time coming and the only reason I still come is because we have a membership with banfield. Do not waste your time coming here!

  ZERO STARS Over 2 hours and they haven’t even started taking care our pet; to make it worse the only way to get anybody’s attention is to call. Even worse was 3 years ago, our cat passed way mid year, we had to continue paying for a wellness plan for a dead pet

  Best Banfield I've been to. We are new to the area, so they took the time to explain where emergency vets were located in case we ever needed after hours help. Everyone was cheerful and friendly. Dropped my cat off for a comprehensive and bloodwork, thinking it would take all day, or at least all morning, but got a call he was ready for pickup less than 2 hours later. They thoroughly explained all the details of the appointment and answered all my questions. Definitely recommend this Banfield specifically!
