I had a terrible time here. The nurse was super condescending and had this weird passive aggressive tone upon greeting. On top of that the doctor was also incredibly rude. Never coming here ever again - service was absolutely HORRIFIC; besides the receptionist - she was lovely. I basically paid $75 just to be hurried out and be treated poorly.

Do not under any circumstances take your animals here, or any Banfield for that matter. Even for routine shots.

The quality of care has gone down. We have an elderly pet and will not do drop offs. They scheduled us incorrectly…the vet is no where to be found in the middle of the afternoon. The wellness plan seems like a rip off for the care and service. We are looking for another vet for our cat to get better care going forward. To add, they also allow dogs all the time without a leash in their lobby. Dangerous!

This Banfield is worthless. My dogs had been regular patients for years but what ultimately led to me finding another vet was when I brought one of my boys in. He was limping and having some pain in what I thought might be his leg. The vet at this Banfield didn't even bother to do an exam and rather walked him up and down the office trying to show me that it was his other leg and insisting he needed a $4k surgery in both legs(this was after they left us on read months prior for the other leg). His new vet did the exam in front of us and manipulated both legs in such a way that it was clear it wasn't that... They figured out pretty quickly that he hurt his back, not his leg, and Banfield didn't even try on this one. Additionally, I had brought my other dog in for a small lump on his chest that they said was "just a skin tag". Here we are a year later, and it's actually an aggressive mast tumor that was very expensive to remove and now requires very expensive chemo therapy. While I can't blame Banfield for the cancer, had they done their job we might not be facing a life or death situation now.

Veterinarian here doesn’t know what they’re doing. Said my cat was dying and my sister paid a lot of money to help him get better just for the vet to claim he only had fleas after they did all their expensive tests. They stole his collar too. I’m very upset.
