  It took a while before cashiers came to front of store, maybe 7 min or so but whomever that was that helped me was great. She was pleasant so I was less annoyed by waiting. Maybe they were short staffed.

  Went in to buy cat food and ended up making a new friend! Her name is Hershey and she is so sweet! The staff are great but I want to highlight Jacob. He is friendly and very knowledgeable on reptiles!

  Refused to take my dog even with an appt. Stated it was for 2pm when it clearly shows for 12pm. Pulled up my app just to make sure I was correct and even with proof he would not take her. Ridiculous! If I wanted her seen at that time I wouldve scheduled that.

  I had a 9 AM grooming appointment and experienced an extremely unprofessional and unsafe situation outside the store. While I was waiting, another customer with a large dog was unable to control her animal and began directing racial slurs toward me. This was completely unprovoked and very disturbing. As the groomer arrived and opened the door, an employee named Wayne approached me and told me to “be quiet” because “her mom is dying,” instead of addressing the customer who was being verbally aggressive and discriminatory. I informed him that I am an adult and was simply waiting for my dog’s appointment. When the woman came back out of the store, she continued cussing at me, and again Wayne directed his comments toward me instead of the person causing the problem. His behavior was dismissive, unprofessional, and showed no regard for my safety or the seriousness of the situation. This experience was unacceptable. No customer should be subjected to racism or blamed for someone else’s behavior. I am requesting that corporate review this incident, address staff conduct, and ensure proper training on professionalism, safety, and handling discriminatory situations.
