Front office staff and the technicians were all we ever dealt with. I’m a very personable person and to not come out and talk to pet owners is not for me. If I had questions workers had to go back and forth to relay messages…just come out the back and talk. I ended my services so I get to know my veterinarian. I took my dog to the Humble, Tx location
- MMMaddy MizeFeb 19, 20161.0I have been a client at Banfield for several years and have several pet accounts with them. Today I went in to have my 4lbs 8month old Min Pin nurtured and teeth pulled. I received a phone call after his surgery saying everything was okay and he was waking up. About 30 min later I received another phone call saying they accidentally had the wrong file open and grabbed the wrong dog and my dog received a vaccination that hes not due for till Sep. Keeping in mind this morning I signed paper work saying he is up to date on his shots (he was just in their office a week ago) and that the only thing he needs done and I am okaying is nurture and teeth pulled. So tell me how it okay that someone was lazy and didnt check to make sure they had picked up the correct dog, and had the correct file seeing as you had just done surgery on my dog!!!!!

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.

• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
• Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
• Optimum Wellness Plans® Virtual Visits: If you have an Optimum Wellness Plan and scheduled a Virtual Visit, you’ll save valuable time and get quality care from the comfort of your home.
