  I could see how lonely my fur baby was after losing his brother. My coworker takes her dog quite frequently . She kept telling me what a great place it was . So I decided to take my grand dog and he absolutely loves it. When I drop him off it literally feels like I'm dropping him off to go play with his cousins. He loves it and so do I. We go almost every single weekend now. Ms. K.

  I wanted to give 5 Stars to Preppy Pet West Houston. My dog has not finished his first day here today and the whole staff has been nothing but wonderful and helpful! I will be boarding my dog for the very first time in a few weeks and Preppy Per West recommended I do a full day of daycare! This was also my pups very first daycare ever, and I was a little nervous leaving him as he tends to be very clingy. Preppy Pet West discussed all the day to day activities he would be having as well as the importance of the assessment. They were very transparent with the cost and any additional fees and were very informative! Preppy Pet West also provided updated photos throughout the day and it has eased my anxiety knowing he is having a good time! 10/10 recommend! I will be delighted to know I have a place so close by with wonderful and caring staff to feel at ease when I need to have some space to work or take a vacation!

  When you see your little dog running towards the place you already know he is really enjoying his stayed, I appreciate the pics and reports you sent me makes me feel I am still close to him despite my business traveling duties !

  From start to finish, they were professional, friendly, and clearly cared about my pet’s comfort. The attention to detail was amazing my fur baby came back looking clean, happy, and smelling so fresh!
