  Save yourself the trouble! This has got to be the worst Petco in Houston. The store is filthy, you can’t get a basket down the aisles because of the boxes of products are stacked high and not restocked on the shelves - actually dangerous. There was water on the floor in the aquarium area where it had leaked out. The poor cockatiels were stressed and biting at the screws in their plexiglass container that is pretty bare; the employees are rude and ordering online and retrieving your orders are a joke!

  I took my dog to get groomed here and i paid $90 and my dogs nails were too short and she was bleeding and she’s still scared and anxious after her appointment Edit to say when my husband called and complained the person helping was very rude and acted as if we were an inconvenience for being upset our dog was injured

  My grooming appointment was canceled the night before. They waited until minutes before closing to cancel, leaving no opportunity to reach them.

  Super friendly team at this location. Every employee we walked by greeted us and offered help. They have cats for adoption that were so sweet I wish we could take home another! Good selection of pet needs too!

  This is horrible grooming place I moved to different area then our last Petco and I have Insurances Vetco where your pup get nails cut teeth bruch for free I gave paper to register and left. Well I tried to go again and they told me only a manager can cut my pups nails their excuse was I didn't pay fir service when I pay every month for this 19$ Insurances Vetcare and they wanted me to pay 8.99 or 10$ for service and I got so mad 😠 at this i took my pup bk to other PetCo 35 min away in Westiner told our old groomers this and they were Astonished that they made that rule but not all groomers are the same! I got my pup nails cut teeth done and brushed and we leave tip $ for our wonderful our old PetCo was cause they also accept walking for just nail cut,teeth spray and comb we were never turned away. THIS PETCO TERRIBLE!!! they dont greet you they dont acknowledge you or your pup DONT TAKE THEM TO THIS PLACE
