  It’s really beneficial to customers if cashiers can get off their mobiles and turn around to help us get checked out. I would give this Petco an additional star if this happens just one time.

  I had my dog Buster groomed today and he came out so happy and soft. The store is beautiful and well stocked. The staff really took their time helping me understand all the services, memberships, and discounts available.

  My experience was terrible At Petco was terrible thanks to Tatiana. I called up there twice to have them bring my order because I was picking it up and she answered the phone whispering acting like she can’t hear me. I call again a gentleman picks up, and he said he’s gonna bring my order out, but at this point, I’m already irritated because I called up there three times she wants to act like I have a non working phone and provoke me on a holy Sunday

  Never doing business with your brand ever again. Your app and your wirtten return policies of online orders are a total fabrication and scam. The app barcode is never even used. The entire thing is a lie. Call Philippines and talk to call center, then wait 10 days for refund. I am reporting you to whoever I can because your return policy and verbiage of marketing says FAST AND EASY returns, mentions nothing about calling customer service or being hassled at the store. Basically i never even had to come to the store because store does not actually do returns or refunds. Just a drop off. None if this is explained at all in any of your policies including the torn up one the local manager showed me stating their local store requires me to call customer service. There was no such statements anywhere in any of your policies. You need to update it but lost me for good with this terrible machinistic run aroundy mistreatment. Good luck to all yall with this late stage capitalism nonsense.

  My son and I visited this Petco on March 23, 2026 at around 8:05 PM to purchase fish, and the experience was extremely disappointing. The associate assisting us was rude, impatient, and. My son clearly pointed out the fish he wanted multiple times, yet the employee still selected the wrong one. When we politely corrected them, instead of fixing the mistake, they became annoyed and simply walked away, leaving us without any help. This kind of behavior—especially toward a child—is unacceptable. Customer service should involve basic respect, attentiveness, and professionalism, none of which were present here. If it were possible, I would give this location negative 10 stars. I would strongly advise others to think twice before shopping here.
