    I went to this store to buy a Trantula, Your sales girl Van was extremely helpful. She knew the answers to my questions about spiders. She was very attentive to my needs with other items I needed for my new pet. She is the reason I will be going back again. Thank you Dave Wagner

    I would give zero stars if there were any options. I took my mother, wife and 2 kids there so I can get 2 hamsters for my daughter. I was asking for recommendations and asking questions about the hamsters.The guy who was supposed to help me said his name was Brandon,( this guy's had trimmed beard, looked Hispanic male or could be white male . I went in on 3-4-26 at approximately between 8:30 pm to 8:50 pm at the Copperfield location on highway 6 and 529,)he was very unprofessional and had an attitude when he was answering my questions. Had to call multiple times before he came over to help.He said "you didn't do any research on what you want , I really don't have to tell you anything, I can also refuse you service". I said you have an attitude problem and you are very unprofessional, and he told me he will not sell me anything and told my family and I to live the store very disrespectfully due to me saying he had an attitude problem. He didn't seem like he is the owner but just a regular employee, what authority does he have to do this? He illegally told my family and I to leave the store for saying he's unprofessional and he has an attitude problem. This employee violated my rights and my family's rights and is doing a very poor , unprofessional job and ruining petco's image. He insulted me in front of my kids and family and he didn't sell us the hamsters for personal reasons. I already called the customer service and filed a complaint while waiting outside the store in my car, he kept looking inside my car through the window and laughing at us. ***I am adding to the review on 3-11-26, It's been a week but I haven't received any phone calls or emails from anyone from Petco. They replied to the review saying there will be an internal investigation. No calls, no apologies, neither any effort to reach out to me.

    I brought my dog in today for a grooming appointment. I sat in my car for a few minutes as I was 10 min early to my appointment. I watched a dog poop right in front of the door while sitting in my car. A few min later I walked towards the door waiting for someone to let me in (my appointment was before business hours so I had to wait for someone to open the door) both employees looked at me multiple times through the glass door and did not open the door. A lady eventually opened the door and I greeted her with a good morning and told her I was there for an appointment. She looked at the previous dog’s accident and responded, the poop bags are right there, I didnt respond and didn’t clean it because I sat in my car and watched another dog have an accident while I was sitting in my car, and then she proceeds to tell me that my dog is matted and she could not take him. She said that Petco is not allowed to cut that low and that I needed to find a private groomer. I scheduled a grooming appointment with another Petco an hour later and they took him with no problems. So is Petco allowed to groom matted dogs or not? Before starting this review I read that other people have had similar experiences and clearly the girl still works there. Which leads me to believe that this behavior is acceptable at this location. I have been Petco customer for the last 7 years but after today I am done with Petco and their services
