We spent 15 minutes clearly explaining exactly how we wanted our dog cut. If you were in a rush or had somewhere else to be, that should have been communicated instead of doing a rushed job on our pet. Despite specifically asking not to have my dog’s hair shaved and only to trim the matted areas—especially due to a prior issue at this same location in November/December 2025—my dog’s coat was completely shaved off. This was not what we agreed to, and it’s very frustrating and upsetting

Lazy and inconsiderate groomers. Fast forward to today.. we asked and requestes not to cut our babies fur .. with rhat being said,come bk to get them and they are golden doodles (poodles) they are completely bald and my bingo has a cut..and this is not an urgency to them..askedbfor management which conveintly is not available nor the groomer who rendered the services..STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION..INTERGRITY DOES NOT EXIST HERE!
