  Extremely disappointed with the lack of communication here. I called a day in advance and was explicitly told my dog only needed the Parvo vaccine to come in. After a 20-minute drive to my 9:00 AM appointment, the front desk told me she actually needed all shots. When I mentioned the previous phone call, another staff member simply brushed it off, saying the person I spoke to 'didn't know what they were talking about.' To top it off, they told me I could leave her, but they wouldn't be responsible if she got sick. The staff was unprofessional and the atmosphere was unwelcoming. Total waste of time.

  The in-store grooming experience is amazing! No fuss, and I love bringing my clean pup home and not dealing with cleaning a tub or area bathing them there.

  I recently moved into a new apartment with a glass enclosed shower making it impossible to bathe my dog. I contacted Heights Groomers to inquire about pricing and was pleased to find out that a bath with ear cleaning and nail grinding was well under $100. The way the service works is you can drop your pet off for cleaning and return to pick them up when they call. You can also set an appointment and wait which is what I did. José did an incredible job with the grooming and the service was quick and the staff were kind and professional. I left paying less than $100 with a full tip. Can't recommend their service enough. It's professional, clean and reasonably priced. Whether you live in the neighborhood or not this is a fantastic option for pet grooming.
