- YHYvette HarveySep 16, 20255.0They were so sweet caring, helpful, patient and not judgemental they saw my teenage sons eager to learn, concerned, and attentive to their dog. They sat with us and explained everything in full detail. The vet staff that day really made us feel welcome.
- LPLisa PongrassSep 8, 20251.0I seriously don’t even want to give a one star, but I have to or I can’t proceed to the next step of this review . I will NEVER use your service again. The only reason we had been using your services was because we were able to get our prescription for the advantage multi, which is what we used for our dogs and for the past five years that has never been a problem. On our recent we were met by the check in girl and was ask if we needed the refill of the advantage multi we said yes. The next area where the vet was, she asked us if we needed the refill of the Advantage Multi we said yes. She proceeded to give our dogs the shots and then it was after the fact of spending $321, that we found out that she would not be writing the prescription for the advantage multi. You knew you weren’t going to give me the prescription for the Advantage Multi and yet all you were worried about was making your money. BEWARE: if you have in the past, gotten a prescription for flea and heartworm medicine that they don’t sell you better make sure you have it in your hand first before paying.
