The receptionist was rude and unresponsive when I asked for help. I was holding my puppy while grabbing my card to pay at the front desk, I really needed some help to prevent my puppy from falling, but she just watched. Also, no visit results or follow-up were provided unless I called myself. This level of communication is far below what I expect from Vetco.

The assistant was completely different; she was very kind. But the head veterinarian only told us to bring medication for our next visit to calm the dog down, and they practically forced us to buy it because we were going to get a warning at every vet clinic in the country. It was quite discourteous of them, but they didn't give us any specifics about what we had been through. We hope they will be more courteous next time we return.
