- RMRonald MatusekJan 5, 20262.0Grooming did not meet my expectations after talking with person doing grooming. My rewards and discounts were not applied because only one person on scene and did not know l how to process the discounts.
- DKDarryl KingDec 15, 20251.0Today at 2;08 I arrived for the 2;30 appointment, a groomer was grooming a dog, after a few minutes she acknowledged me, she stuck her head out of the door to the grooming room and told me to wait until she got done with the dog, at 2;16 she came out, spoke to the dog, not me and asked if it was a nail cut and bath, I responded yes, she told me she needed to check him for matting, after a quick minute she said he would need a full groom, I had just had him bathed at that store last month, I do not get full groom in the winter for many reasons, I know for certain he is NOT matted. I do know that your staff is trained to UPSELL no matter what, normally if the dog is even near matted I would agree, this person never addressed me as the customer at all, she then told me if I didn't want a full groom I'd have to wait until I wanted a full groom and she would not bath him. There are 8 grooming competitors within 2 miles of your store, I have been going to that store for ten year or more. I won't be back. Her inability to even look at me to address me, making me a loyal paying customer for ten or more years wait while she finished a dog says a lot about her. Her very pathetic service was more than I will tolerate, we all have choices, I will share this with all of my neighbors and pet owners.

- SGSam GertsonOct 24, 20251.0We took our Chanel to our local Petco because it was convenient. Tiffany, apparently a shave maniac, turned our beautiful Chanel into a rat. We have had many dogs and groomers over the years and never, ever, has any groomer shaved our dog’s tail. The hair on Chanel’s tail was very spares to begin with and impossible to matt. Everyone that has seen Chanel was appalled to see what Tiffany had done to the tail. The good news is that we won’t have to put Chanel into a costume when we display her this Halloween. Needless to say, Tiffany will never be our groomer again, nor will we ever use Petco for our grooming services.
