- MMMatthewDec 29, 20221.0I’m standing in line with 5 other people and there are two people up front the older lady with black curly hair says she is in the middle of a transaction turns to the customer at the other register and says we are short staffed so it’s hard to get to everything. As I’m finally leaving the store that same lady is standing outside the front door on her phone smoking a cigarette. I’m also going to assume she is in some sort of leadership role at this store which is a huge mistake…
