- DGDa Greek3 days ago1.0This mess smells like old cat and dog urine. It is overpowering. It hit you like a hammer to the face the minute you walk through the doors. You could see the urine stains on the floor that have not been cleaned up and just been left there. Normally Petco are pretty clean. This one is the exception. I would be terrified to bring my animal in here. Glad I came in without them. They were only three people in the whole store. One was working in the vet office, the other one was working the floor and the cash register and the last one was grooming, a pet.Little to no customer service for the price you pay here. Go to other stores.
