  I was sent here by Harris County for an adoption that had been transferred. I waited in line for 6 minutes to have some questions answered. Kristen was assisting another client and had asked me to wait as someone else would be helping me after walking them over to the front store. Didn't acknowledge or ask what I was waiting for, just assumed I was needing grooming services. As I waited with my children for a while, I noticed she was not returning. I walked to the front line of the store and seen Kristen checking out people in line. I got in line and waited again for assistance. Once it was our turn, I mentioned I was interested in adoption. She walked me back to the previous location and mentioned the two cats were the only thing available. I mentioned to her that her horrible customer service skills were found to be disrespectful and rude. With a smirk on her face she apologized. I would never bring my children here or help support this location with people who feel entitled to treat people this way. Ive never been discriminated, but it felt like I was. She did not acknowledge us, was rude, and left us standing there like idiots for awhile.

  The store was empty and I see why. I walked around the whole store looking for someone to help me. I ended up at the grooming department and a lady there was able to help. When I told the lady behind the counter with the nose ring that I couldn't find help in the store she gave me a crazy look like I was lying. Definitely take your business elsewhere and avoid the headache.
