When I say no, she sarcastically fires back with ‘that’s going to be an expensive vet bill.’ It’s obnoxious, unnecessary, and frankly insulting. Nobody needs her smug attitude ruining the shopping experience every single time.

Yesterday I went to cut my dog's nails and the young man who was there stopped doing what he was doing to him for answering a call on Petco's phone! He was alone! And I don't understand why he's going to stop doing his job to answer a call even if it's out of his job! There are anxious puppies and mine is like that! He stayed more than 5 minutes on the call, I had my dog desperate! I'll be back when I keep cutting their nails and what will I tell them! It was impossible since my dog is too nervous because he had to go back to the work table twice!! It doesn't seem right to me! I hurt my dog's units a lot because I couldn't control him!
