When I went on Wednesday, walk-ins were also closed. Then I came in again today during posted walk-in hours and was told, “We’re not doing walk-ins today.” So what’s the point of having walk-in hours if you’re not actually accepting walk-ins? This was three wasted trips and a lot of unnecessary frustration. If walk-ins aren’t reliably available, that should be clearly communicated instead of turning customers away at the door.

- JLJessica LandaFeb 7, 20261.0Those poor cats in the adoption kennels! Their cat boxes were so dirty that there was only clumps of poo and pee, and no loose litter left in them. They look like they haven’t been done and at least a couple of days. The smell is horrendous from the outside. I can’t imagine being trapped inside those kennels with that smell. They’re breathing their own poo and pee. We couldn’t see well enough to see if they had adequate and clean food and water but with the cat boxes looking like that I would imagine they probably don’t. Someone please do something about this. It’s inhumane. I wish I had taken a picture and will probably go back and try to get one.
