Despite a packed schedule and visible busyness, the vets were so friendly and attentive, my pup is usually very shy and doesn’t even let people near him, but the were so friendly that he would even jump in excitement to the vet. They kept us updated so we never felt forgotten, moved quickly once we were seen, and showed real care for my pup Yuki’s constant itching. The personal text follow-up to check on him was the cherry on top. Truly compassionate team—5 stars!
- LLLizaFeb 17, 20261.0Adam at the register, is a the nicest guy in the world does not know anything about their dog grooming shelfserve station although he did tell me that it had shampoo that would de-shed my dog that was wrong! I asked the groomer who happen to be within ear shot of me to please go and get me shampoo that was a DEshedding shampoo for the dog I had because the dog is too old and I could not walk away to go get the DEshedding shampoo. What he brought back was shed control. I asked three times if this shampoo was a DEshedding shampoo and every time that groomer said oh that’s what we use. I should have known better because all it did was create fur everywhere on my clothes fur that clings to everything! It’s gonna be everywhere. This is a double coated dog. It does not need shed control. It needs to blow its coat. He’s 16 years old and these people did not care. I could not leave him in their care because he’s too old for current shots updated for the dog groomer and I guess I’m glad for that! because at this place the groomers do not give one iota to this dog and it’s Care just no hair in the store was more important!!!! if you are taking your husky or any other dog who needs to blow their coat to the store, I guarantee you, your animal will be in a lot of discomfort when they leave there because they will not be able to handle the summer heat in Texas
