We saw how that sorry excuse of a human was yanking that poor little dog by its head. Whoever was having their little brown dog groomed you should request video to see how your dog was being handled. Monday 2/23/26 at approximately 2:40 PM. Her excuse when confronted was that "this is a puppy so we have to handle it like that". I should have recorded but my anger got the better of me. I will be contacting corporate.
