I don't know if it's because of my ethnicity. Today, it was with the Indian woman. I asked her twice for help because I was looking for a specific product, and she told me she didn't have to tell me where things were, that it was my problem. Then she turned her back on me and left, and I'm sure she didn't want to help me at the register either. I couldn't call a supervisor because I don't speak English well. I felt incredibly frustrated. It's the employee's responsibility to help customers find products, guide them, and give them the information they need. People who aren't comfortable dealing with the public shouldn't be working with the public, especially when it comes to our pets. Hoy tuve una segunda mala experiencia. algunos empleados super groseros, se molestan cuando le preguntas dónde están los productos. o no se si sea por mi grupo étnico. el caso de hoy con la señorita la india. le pedí que por favor 2 veces me asistiera porque estaba buscando un producto específico y me dijo que no tiene que decirme donde están las cosas que eso es problema mio y me dio la espalda y se fue y estoy segura que tampoco quiso atenderme en la caja . No pude llamar a un supervisor porque no hablo bien el inglés. Me sentí súper frustrante. es responsabilidad del empleado ayudar a los clientes a encontrar los productos, orientarles y darles la información que necesiten. personas que no lidian con el público no deberían trabajar para el público y más si es para nuestras mascotas
