I was yelling, Hello, hello, helo to try to find Help. And nobody was around. They were fraternizing, in the corner room up front letting customers help themselves. Anyone could have walked out with anything without them being aware. Then a lady named Tracy came out and an older white lady with glasses and white hair, i am assuming she was the manager. And made excuses for why they were back there and not being attentive. Store is always dirty. Staff is unprofessional and unhelpful. Don't waste your $ or time here dealing with these clowns and fools. Go somewhere else.

She’s pregnant and it looks like she hasn’t been homeless very long; almost as if someone just left her there. The staff in petco were so kind and amazing! They donated a blanket as well as food for her. Thank you so much! We just got the dog set up outside before the winter storm hits. We hope someone who is able to adopt this dog or the police report we made will come by soon.

We stood around waiting for help and no one even attempted to assist us, despite us clearly needing help. When we finally reached the register and said that no one helped us, the response was “Yeah, I know, sorry,” with no explanation, no effort to help, and no apology that felt genuine. Just complete indifference. If employees don’t want to help customers—especially customers asking questions about live animals—they shouldn’t be working there. This location seriously needs better training and accountability.
