Excellent customer service from the staff winter help me out today with My dog. I used the self-washing station first Saturday of the month, which is $10.00. I didn't know that amazing I saved a little money to buy my dog some treats after the bath. The best part is they always have warm water not like in other places.

I NEEDED A HARNESS FOR MY DOG THEY NOT ONLY SHOW YOU THE ISLE THEY HELP YOU TRY THE HARNESS ON YOUR DOG TO MAKE SURE IT FITS OR YOU NEED BIGGER OR SMALLER AND NO MATTER HOW MANY YOU TRY THEY ARE RIGHT THERE HELPING IT IS FANTASTIC. THEY GO ABOVE HELPING THANY ANY PET STORE I HAVE BEEN IN, IF I NEED MORE THIS IS WHERE I WILL GO.

The two girls that work there during week nights are very friendly and always pet my dog if I bring her in and offer her a treat. I hope they always have a cool side to their pillow
