Told an employee I needed help at the counter and she said “we’re helping customers on the floor.” I stood there waiting and completely ignored while one customer asked endless questions. When someone is literally ready to pay, it takes 30 seconds to ring them up. Super frustrating experience at this Petco location. Won’t be back.
