He also took me on short notice very promptly, even that Sunday is his day off. Very kind, genuine, warm person. He and someone working for him each drove from very far to both pick up my cat and to return her. I was very happy with the pretty wooden box with the lock on it and the card too. I wasn't dressed very well when he brought her back to me, so I was brief and regretted not spending more time on my thank yous. He's just wonderful, and is remarkable in his business.
