Have been coming to this location for almost 8 years now! Dr. English is the BEST, hands down! Brought our Nigel in for a nutrition appointment (which was included in our Optimum Wellness Plan) and Dr. English explained everything in detail to get my little guy eating again! Thank you guys so much for always having both of my dogs' health at the top of yalls list!

Dr. English is an amazing doctor to work with! My boyfriend and I had a very hard night with our dog, Nala, last night. We even took her to the emergency vet because we were so worried (luckily they said we could wait until morning to see her primary care doctor). Dr. English made this experience much less scary. He was kind, patient, and was very intentional in addressing all of our questions. In the past I have not had other doctors at this location contact me personally regarding my pet so to have him call was incredibly reassuring. We are new dog parents so to have this reassurance and attention to detail meant the world to us! I give this doctor a 5/5 rating!!

I’ve been with Banfield for 13 years. My dog is now almost 15, has had arthritis for 4 years, and has been on Rimadyl the whole time. He had his check-up and vaccines just a month ago. Now, because his doctor is on vacation, they’re forcing me to bring him in for another exam just to get a refill—despite the diagnosis being well documented. I tried to speak with a doctor or manager, but no one was available, and the complaint number they gave me never answers. This isn’t my first bad experience. I only use Banfield for meds and vaccines; for real care, I go elsewhere. I’m seriously considering canceling my plan. Update: I’ve received a response to my email, and I’m told I now have to wait 3 to 5 days to get a “communication” from your side. Honestly, what a waste of time it was to follow the instructions from your response.

looking for a vet that will actually hurt your dogs health? look no further than banfield. i took my dog in for a routine tooth cleaning, a procedure hes had done at least a half dozen times before and he came home with uncontrollable diarrhea for going on 18 hours. when i called them to try and get some assistance for him, they told me the vet wasnt around and to try again in the morning, i called in the morning, drove to them, and they didnt even examine him. the nurses at the desk couldnt help but snicker about my and my dogs discomfort, and they prescribed me a probiotic that they had prescribed him a month before. all in im out 400 dollars so that they could poison my dog, and they are trying to force me to stay a member of the wellness plan on top of it all. one star review because google reviews doesnt let me score them lower
