- CLCarl LiDec 26, 20251.0Take caution when going to this vet hospital. Their price point is far greater than other vet clinics/hospitals near by. They will convince you to sign up for their wellness plan that requires monthly installments to save money on their very expensive vet services. If you try to cancel the wellness plan, then you must pay the remaining monthly installments in FULL or pay the original price of the vet services you got. This is pure greed hidden in terms and conditions, that at the time, I didn't have a chance to read because my cat was experiencing major discomfort from respiratory inflammation. Read the fine print before you agree to anything with this place.

Everyone here took incredible care of my dog, especially Dr B who took great care of me too as his human. This is the best vet I could have found.

However, because they were short-staffed, I ended up waiting almost one hour just to see the vet, and this was only for checking my dog’s paws infection. After finally seeing the vet, I had to wait another hour for the injection and skin test results. My dog became extremely anxious and frustrated after such a long and unnecessary delay. The entire process felt very disorganized and inefficient. What made the experience even worse was the aggressive upselling of medications. They strongly recommended several expensive products that I later found online for a fraction of the price. It felt more like a sales pitch than a medical visit.

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.

• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
• Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
