    This location is incredibly disorganized. I experienced long wait times, was given conflicting information from staff, and after being told the vet couldn’t see my dog due to their schedule, I came back only to face the same issue with another long wait. To make it worse, the front desk staff was extremely rude. Very unprofessional and frustrating experience.

    I’m very disappointed with my recent experience at this clinic. I booked an appointment and drove 20 miles with the understanding that I would be able to stay with my dog throughout the visit, as arranged in advance. However, upon arrival, I was told that I had to leave her for a minimum of two hours and that she would be seen and treated without me present. This was never communicated beforehand, and had I known, I wouldn’t have made the trip. The lack of transparency and consideration was incredibly frustrating, and I expected better communication from a professional pet care provider.

    My cat had an emergency and i had to come in for a same day appointment. They fit me in on a busy day and got us taken care of. Staff was very friendly. They even called to check in the next day to see how my cat was doing which I really appreciated.

    Absolutely disgusting behavior from the front desk girl. My partner called for lab results today (7/17) to which she demanded he leave a message without letting him get a word in. He explained that the voicemail box was full and couldn’t take message, to which she replied “Oh. THAT’S convenient. What do you want??” When my partner asked for the lab results, she put him on hold for a while, checked to see if he was still there, and put him on hold AGAIN. The labs were eventually sent, however, her behavior towards customers should not be tolerated. This could’ve been handled so differently. Her attitude was completely awful and atrocious. Definitely needs retraining, a new attitude, or a new job.

    They were so sweet to my baby Lambchop. I went in because he was real itchy and got hotspots and I loved it so much that I got him on a plan for his yearly shots and flea and tick prevention. They let you make monthly payments for it. He is feeling much better, all his medications have helped and the pricing was very reasonable.
