If I can give 0 stars I would do it, Banfield staff are responsible for the passed of my baby girl Tazie, we took her UTI infection I was told the results of the test will be ready Tuesday, I called every single day and always the same excuse the doctor was busy, finally one week after on Saturday the answer my called I told them that my baby stop eating and they told me , do you knew Tazie was diabetic? What do you mean? I asked you as her primary doctor are supposed to give us that information sooner they just excused they self and told me to take her to ER we rushed to ER and it was to late for our girl!! I just transferred from another location that closed and they have welcomed my difficult cat with care. I have had nothing but positive & welcoming experiences by the entire staff. I’ve not met the veterinarian but they seem to care & address all my concerns appropriately - they have never tried to sell me anything above & beyond the reason for my visit. I hope to form a good relationship with the team. It is important to not only know but “feel” that my pets are well take care of. Thank you for all you do - never lose the reason you chose this line of work - your love of animals!

Stay away from this hospital if you can. It feels more like a money-making scheme than a place that cares for your pet. Right from the start, the staff are rude and seem like they don't want to work there. The front desk person is especially unhelpful, sighing about her job and leaving you waiting on hold for forever. The biggest issue is Dr. Wills. She doesn’t have a clue about what she’s doing and gave a confusing evaluation of my pet’s health. She made it sound like my pet was about to die, which was just plain manipulation. They play on your feelings for your pet to push you into spending on treatments and meds that are more about their profits than helping your animal. It gets worse. Once you agree to the treatment, suddenly things don't seem as bad anymore, they've already got your money. This place is not looking out for you or your pet. Their approach is all about guilt, their diagnoses are often sketchy, and customer service is pretty rude. Don’t trust them with your pet or your cash.

I believe this was the worse service ever after waiting more than one out from our scheduled appointments. There was never an apology from the vet other than the assistant letting us known vet was running late a few minutes to my schedule appointment. I’m am completely disappointed how my last 3 appointments my pets and I have waited each time forever than 30 minutes and more. It makes me very upset since both of them have anxiety from the wait. There should always be a vet ready to see the fur babies within 15 minutes of arrival time.
