Do not go to this place. Dr. Smith only cares about money. I took my pet here not too long ago. She wrote me an expensive medication for my dog. I did not fill it because I had some left. When I was done with my dog's existing medication, I went online to try to buy the new prescribed medication. I realized it was too expensive. I came back and ask her to write a cheaper medication. At first, she said she would do it for 6 months and 1 refill. I asked her if she would do it for 12 months because the shipping would be free if you meet a certain amount. I told her that I would bring my pet back for checkup in 6 months. I guess that is when she retracted her words and said she would only do it for 6 months and that I need to bring the dog back in 6 months in order for her to write another prescription. This lady comes off as a hungry for money kind of doctor. There is nothing caring and compassionate in her voice to be worthy of being a vet. I have never had a problem getting another vet to do a 12-month prescription. My existing vet did not have availability to see my pet that day and I thought I would try a new clinic. But Dr. Smith completely disappointed me. I would never come back here again or recommend anyone to come back.

It is not bad. Just that they seem not prepared to receive people and everything is slow and takes forever. You set an appointment, someone comes to see you and every time they leave you waiting for 20-30 min, then someone show up again and another 20-30 min of waiting. Service is far from being efficient.

Do not use this veterinarian. On two separate occasions, two different vets and one vet tech thought it was appropriate to lecture me and my husband about how we care for our dog and even suggested we properly supervise our CHILDREN. I have never had a good experience while using this vets office. They don’t want you present for any of the exams, even before COVID. They make you feel incompetent and treat you like you are beneath them.
