They will charge you hundreds of dollars that you never agreed to due to data entry error. I will highly recommend for everyone to find a better clinic. The doctor is also extremely condescending for someone who is scared of cats. I had to help her remove a 7 week old kitten from her sweater cause she was freaking out and stressing my pet out.

- YGYuli Marcela Giraldo GarciaOct 7, 20251.0I visited this clinic last Sunday with my cat, who had a high fever and wasn’t eating. Unfortunately, my experience was not good. The nurse who attended us was not kind or patient; she showed little willingness to help each time I needed to use a translator, since I don’t speak English fluently. I felt uncomfortable and unsupported during a moment when I was really worried about my cat’s health. Dr. English was polite and understanding, and even though he didn’t speak Spanish either, he tried his best to help. However, the rest of the visit was disappointing. I was charged a very high amount for the consultation and medications, and nothing they prescribed helped my cat. The next day, I took her to another clinic where she received proper care and treatment — thanks to that, she’s doing much better now. Also, the nurse prepared a medication called Elura incorrectly. The treatment was supposed to last 4 days, but they only gave me enough for 2 days. Unfortunately, I realized this too late. I don’t recommend this clinic. There are many other options with better care, more compassionate staff, and fairer prices for our pets’ well-being.

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.

• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
• Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
• Optimum Wellness Plans® Virtual Visits: If you have an Optimum Wellness Plan and scheduled a Virtual Visit, you’ll save valuable time and get quality care from the comfort of your home.
