- MNMai NguyenDec 2, 20251.0Do not go to this place. Dr. Smith only cares about money. I took my pet here not too long ago. She wrote me an expensive medication for my dog. I did not fill it because I had some left. When I was done with my dog's existing medication, I went online to try to buy the new prescribed medication. I realized it was too expensive. I came back and ask her to write a cheaper medication. At first, she said she would do it for 6 months and 1 refill. I asked her if she would do it for 12 months because the shipping would be free if you meet a certain amount. I told her that I would bring my pet back for checkup in 6 months. I guess that is when she retracted her words and said she would only do it for 6 months and that I need to bring the dog back in 6 months in order for her to write another prescription. This lady comes off as a hungry for money kind of doctor. There is nothing caring and compassionate in her voice to be worthy of being a vet. I have never had a problem getting another vet to do a 12-month prescription. My existing vet did not have availability to see my pet that day and I thought I would try a new clinic. But Dr. Smith completely disappointed me. I would never come back here again or recommend anyone to come back.

You set an appointment, someone comes to see you and every time they leave you waiting for 20-30 min, then someone show up again and another 20-30 min of waiting. Service is far from being efficient.

No, but you can call us during hospital hours for urgent care advice. Depending on the situation, we can help provide a referral for urgent care, specialty providers, or to an emergency hospital. During non-hospital hours, please contact your local emergency hospital.

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
What kind of appointment do I have?
• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
• Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
• Optimum Wellness Plans® Virtual Visits: If you have an Optimum Wellness Plan and scheduled a Virtual Visit, you’ll save valuable time and get quality care from the comfort of your home.
