  Have been bringing our cat Bailey here for several years now. Over the last couple of years, Bailey has went from very overweight, to very suddenly and drastically underweight. She started having diarrhea on a daily basis and was vomiting constantly. We took her in and after a lot of tests, meds and trial and error, she was finally diagnosed with pancreatitis and had a lot of inflammation in her bowels. Dr. Jones started her on a regime of tylosin, fortiflora, steroids, and a strict diet. For the first several weeks, she just seemed to be getting worse. She’s 15 years old so we were beginning to prepare that we might lose her. But Dr. Jones told us to give her treatment time to work, and he was right. She gradually started to feel better, so gradual that it just occurred to us recently that she seems to have gained a decent amount of weight back. The diarrhea stopped, the constant vomiting stopped, and her little personality started to show again. Her health problems are something to be managed rather than cured, but we are extremely grateful to Dr. Jones and the entire staff here. They literally saved her life. We know that due to her age, we likely don’t have a lot more time with her. But we are so happy that she can spend whatever time she has left feeling so much better and being our little diva. Yes, it was a ton of money having to get her to this point, but walking out of the bedroom every morning to see she is back to lounging around by her favorite window with the best sunshine makes it priceless.   Unfortunately, I have to leave a very honest review. We have been bringing our dogs to this vet for some time, and each visit has consistently been expensive, usually over $200. Our most recent visit was especially frustrating. We paid around $500 for diagnostics alone, with no medication or real resolution, only to be told that we needed to see a specialist. What made this even more disappointing is that the specialist ended up becoming our new vet, and the experience there was far more helpful. That made us question the quality of care and direction we were receiving here. I understand that not every case has an immediate answer, but it often felt like the conclusions given were treated as final, without enough depth, clarity, or effort to truly get to the root of the issue. When you are paying that much for veterinary care, you expect more than expensive visits that lead nowhere. Sadly, I no longer feel confident in this place and would not return.

  Today was Harley’s first visit. Such an amazing experience. The doctors and staff have the best bedside manners. We found our new vet!!! 💕🙏🏻

  I wouldn't trust my babies to anyone else! I have been taking my pets here since 1999! Dr. Jones and his staff are very caring about the animals, as well as your pocketbook! They can do just about anything, even amputated a leg when my dog needed it due to a Cancerous tumor.
